Mr. Shivkumar A. Dahiwelkar is the founder and proprietor of Astral Manpower Services. The major operations of the business began in September 2013. Mr. Shiv Kumar is an Arts Graduate from Mumbai University with more than 2 decades of experience in Overseas Recruitment.

He began with assisting and guiding the underprivileged section of society for small-scale jobs and the resultant success gradually led him to expand his wings in the field of Overseas Recruitment.

His major turning point came when he joined Al-Jadid Enterprises as an HR Manager in 1992. This opportunity not just gave him exposure but also hands-on experience to handle recruitment all over India.

He later on moved to entrepreneurship and has lived up to his promise of placing the right candidate at the right job with all due importance to the client’s as well as candidate’s preferences making it a memorable experience for both.

His hard work, dedication, and devotion to business have won him the trust of many clients in Middle East, Europe, Far East Countries and Philippines.
